JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Hours: 8:00-4:45 Monday-Friday
Generate and process all administrative duties related to overall operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Foster a positive company image and identify opportunities for improvement in Operations and Customer PO maintenance.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for scanning documents/record keeping.
- Answer incoming phone calls providing professional, friendly and efficient response to inquiries.
- Provide back up on showroom greeting as needed.
- Print, Scan and file incoming customer PO’s from email and customer portal websites.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and project entry of all customer purchase orders received.
- Ensure accurate recording of time estimations on schedule board each day.
- Maintain customer PO filing system.
- Providing other admin support for Customer Service and Sales Departments as needed.
- Great attitude and team spirit.
- Accurate data entry experience.
- Very organized and proficient at processing paperwork.
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook.
- Desire to learn and grow with product knowledge
