JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Hours:  8:00-4:45 Monday-Friday

 

Generate and process all administrative duties related to overall operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.   Foster a positive company image and identify opportunities for improvement in Operations and Customer PO maintenance.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for scanning documents/record keeping.
  • Answer incoming phone calls providing professional, friendly and efficient response to inquiries.
  • Provide back up on showroom greeting as needed.
  • Print, Scan and file incoming customer PO’s from email and customer portal websites.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and project entry of all customer purchase orders received.
  • Ensure accurate recording of time estimations on schedule board each day.
  • Maintain customer PO filing system.
  • Providing other admin support for Customer Service and Sales Departments as needed.

 

Skills Required:

  • Great attitude and team spirit.
  • Accurate data entry experience.
  • Very organized and proficient at processing paperwork.
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Desire to learn and grow with product knowledge
